Brothers in San Antonio welcome Archbishop Gustavo

Our Brothers in San Antonio, Texas, had a visit this week from Archbishop Gustavo Garcia-Siller, the Archbishop of San Antonio.
The Brothers in San Antonio are involved in pastoral work locally. Brother James is co-director of the Presentation Ministry Centre which assists Spanish speaking immigrants. Brother Francis volunteers at Haven for Hope which assists the homeless. He also works with the local conference of the St Vincent de Paul society. Brother Raphael is involved in the Brothers' vocations promotions efforts. Brother Mike joined the community last year having served in the West Indies.
Archbishop Gustavo was appointed to lead the Archdiocese of San Antonio by Pope Benedict XVI in 2010. He previously served as auxiliary bishop in the Archdiocese of Chicago. The Archbishop, who was born in San Luis Potosi in Mexico, and is a member of the Missionaries of the Holy Spirit religious congregation.
